Created to inspire businesses with new ways of improving leadership through workplace wellbeing, these awards celebrate the leading edge of wellbeing at work in Aotearoa New Zealand.  I’m proud to have been a judge for the Wayfinder awards for three years now. I value both the innovation and good practice I get to see and the wisdom and experience of my fellow judges .
